1. Invitation to entrance to the Russian Federation, issued by the authorized organization registered in territory of the Russian Federation.



   -The business visa invitation is sent in the original to the customer, or sent by a telex directly to consular department of embassy of the Russian Federation;

2. Decision of the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation on issuance the visa to foreign citizen, directed to diplomatic representatives or consular establishment of the Russian Federation in connection with necessity of entrance to the Russian Federation this foreign citizen for participation in the international and interstate official, economic, political and scientific actions for a preliminary written statement of the incoming foreign citizen.

   -Issuance/withdrawal of visas from the filing date of all the necessary documents to the Consulate not more than 20 working days

TOURIST VISA

The issuance of Russian tourist visa is simplified, because does not require from you personal, familial, or humanitarian linkages in Russia, and there is enough the fact that you visit the Russian Federation with tourist purpose. • copies of air- or railway tickets for entering and leaving the Russian Federation

- invitation, insurance and confirmation of the hotel booking may be submitted to the Embassy or Consulate of the Russian Federation as photocopy.

RULES OF STAY

There are few advices to avoid possible problems with Police and Migration Service of Russian Federation:

1. While crossing the border of the Russian Federation foreign citizen is required to complete a migration card, before undergo customs control.

- completed Entry part of the migration card (part A), with the markers of entry, is withdrawn by border control authority officials from incoming foreign citizen at the entrance to the customs zone.

- the Leaving part of migration card (part B), with markers of entry and stay, the foreign citizen must keep during the whole period of his/her stay in the territory of the Russian Federation and leave it to the officials at the border controls on departure from the Russian Federation!

2. Please be advised! According to the legislation in force, foreign citizens entering the territory of the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus must register their visa in the local registration office of the Ministry of the Interior Affairs at the point of destination within 3 working days upon arrival or within 1 day in case of stay at a hotel or other organization, rendering accommodation services.

3. The confirmation of registration is presence of blue stamp on the backside of the Migration card (Side B) from the organization, rendering accommodation services (hotel or etc.), migration office, police office or the original/photocopy of the Notification of foreign citizen’s arrival with blue stamp of the organization that invited him to Russian Federation (further Host Party)!
- to register your visa the host party requires photocopies of your Passport and Migration card. After that, you will need to fill the Notification of Arrival (further Notification). The host party giving you second part of the Notification. Your Notification with stamp of the host party, confirms the placing on the Migration control.

4. When leaving the Russian Federation, you must return a second part of the Notification to the host party for send it to the Agency of the Federal Migration Service. In return, you will get a photocopy of your Notification, certified by stamp of the host party.

- the existence of photocopies of Passport, Migration card and Notification of arrival, in case of their loss or any other unforeseen circumstances, will prove a compliance with the regulation of Migration control.

5. Violation of the rules of the Migration control may entail administrative responsibility in penalty fee and, in some cases, administrative expelling outside the Russian Federation. After that, the entry to Russian Federation may be denied for up to five years.
